Thomas, who has served at North End Teleservices, LLC (NET) since its launch in September 2015, holds the title of the first employee hired at NET. She joined the company as the Human Resources Project Manager, establishing the foundation of NET’s HR Department.

In her new role as Vice President of Human Resources, Employee, and Community Relations, Thomas continues to advance the human capital management strategy and reach to each employee, as the company moves forward with its mission of creating jobs and changing lives. “She has hired literally hundreds and hundreds of people, spearheading the strategic evolution of our HR function, platform, and services,” says Carmen Tapio, CEO of NET.

“Keisha has played an instrumental role in shaping the internal culture and employment brand,” said Tapio. “She's an incredible person and leader who always puts the best interest of our employees first.
