Our History
North End Teleservices, LLC creates Jobs, changes lives
North End Teleservices was founded in 2015 with the mission of creating jobs and changing lives in a community still seeing double-digit unemployment. Contact centers are their own eco-system, providing career pathways in all of the functional disciplines it takes to run a business operation. Our intention all along was to care for our people in the best way possible providing competitive wages, benefits and more than just a job. We currently fulfill our mission through holistic care of employees and a portfolio of benefits beyond what we could have hoped or dreamed at the time the company was started. We continue to make good on our promise to have residents fully participate in and realize the benefits that come from community revitalization and will continue to transfer our success directly into the hands of our employees - creating thriving families and communities.
The organization is currently No. 754 on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies. We are proud to be recognized for innovation by the Greater Omaha Chamber, receiving their Business Excellence Award in that category as well as being recognized by the Urban League of Nebraska as their 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award winner.

North End Teleservices is named Greater Omaha Chamber’s Small Business of the Month and Small Business of the Year
2017
North End Teleservices’ Front-Line Supervisor Registered Apprenticeship Program launched with Bellevue University, the first of its kind in the state
2018
North End Teleservices becomes the largest African American woman owned business in the state of Nebraska
2019
North End Teleservices is now a certified woman- and minority owned HUBZone business
2020
September 1, 2020 is proclaimed as North End Teleservices Day by the state of Nebraska
