The
Results

North End Teleservices, LLC (NET) developed a Community College Pre-Advisory Enrollment Services Program. By utilizing NET, the client increased revenue by $1.47M in just six weeks by creating more throughput capacity for Advisors to close the deal and enroll students. In addition, not only did the number of students who registered increase, more remained enrolled on the census date due to our program which is designed to provide frequent outreach to interested prospective students. Student acquisition costs with NET was just under four percent.

The
Challenge

The client’s recruiting team utilized in-person events, the website, interest cards and other methods to generate enrollment leads. Their internal process and lack of staffing resources could not accommodate the volume generated by their efforts and most of the leads became ”cold.” The client’s internal process did not have KPI’s, process standards or clearly defined measurements for trend analysis.
